We advise Landlords and Tenants on their rights and obligations under both long leases and short term tenancies and assist with the resolution of disputes over such matters as rent or service charge payments, consents to alterations and improvements and repairing covenants.
We can assist with the preparation and service of formal notices such as section 21 or section 8 notices and can bring or defend proceedings for the recovery of possession of land or for arrears of rent and service charge payments.
